Sentinel Forge is a research workspace for defense and defense technology. It helps founders, researchers and teams investigate requirements, funding pathways and transition questions using evidence they can inspect.

The product brings defense-focused source material, retrieval and citation handling into a research workflow. Saved workspace investigations can preserve evidence and research progress. Its requirement-to-revenue examples illustrate how to examine demand, capability, funding and contracting; they do not establish a validated revenue forecast or guarantee a procurement outcome.

Basic research searches an explicitly reviewed public document collection. Workspace research can use approved organization sources and, where enabled, attached files or separately funded web research. Coverage depends on the material available to that account and mode. A source being approved inside an organization does not automatically make it public.

Sources have publication and retrieval dates when available. Basic research does not perform a live web search. Workspace web checks are offered only when configured and authorized. Always confirm time-sensitive deadlines, eligibility and availability with the original publisher.

Yes. Citation numbers open the source evidence, including source links when available. Citations remain available even when Sources management is locked. Citation validation checks references and removes unsupported citation markers; it does not guarantee that every interpretation is correct.

The initial free allowance is five basic research submissions per verified account per UTC day, with no payment details required. It uses a bounded standard model, reviewed Defense Tech material and citations. Visitors can compose a question before signing up. Availability depends on rollout in the current environment. Basic answers stay in the current browser session; persistent saved investigations are part of the workspace.

The Plans page distinguishes current subscriptions from proposed Founder and Pro packages. Proposed packages add personal research capacity and, for Pro, included Research credits. Premium models, Deep Research and model council depend on configuration, eligibility and funded limits. Do not assume that a proposed price or a locked model is available for purchase yet. Existing agreements remain unchanged.

Defense Tech is the initial public research area. Critical Minerals, Influence & Information, Counter Hybrid Threats and Country Studies are restricted administrator previews. Upgrading does not unlock those areas. Pages show available material and gaps; the absence of material is not evidence that nothing exists in the world. Sources management is currently administrator-only; Team is the proposed eligible plan after release validation.

Incognito currently uses the basic research model and daily basic allowance, including for workspace subscribers. It starts a new session without existing conversation or project context. It does not save conversation content, create personalization or memory, or send prompts and answers to ordinary application logs. The application retains content-free metering records so quotas and cost controls still apply. Requests use provider storage disabled, but provider safety and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply, generally up to 30 days under standard OpenAI API terms. Sentinel Forge does not promise anonymity or zero retention. Leaving incognito clears the session; it does not delete an existing saved conversation.

Account access is authenticated, and organization membership is checked on the server. Saved investigations and projects are private to their authorized user; attachments may be organization-scoped under the workspace policy. Basic research does not save a persistent conversation. Financial, security and usage records may have separate retention requirements. Contact support for account-data requests, and do not upload classified or otherwise unauthorized information.
