SF assessment

Build the customer-backed path to procurement.

Start with a requirement-owner discussion through JIATF 401, then align research funding and a commercial proposal to that buyer’s next decision. [6][4][9]

01 / Requirement to revenue

A clearer path to the next customer milestone.

Select a stage to see the commercial logic, supporting sources and next steps.

Requirement assessmentNamed buyer

Connect the company to JIATF 401 demand.

Public evidence

The Army’s counter-UAS budget identifies procurement through IDIQ and other-transaction contracts, with DLA, Common Hardware Systems and Army Contracting Command among the channels for handheld or dismounted systems. [4]

SF assessment

Army Contracting Command–Detroit Arsenal is the published CSO office. Ask it to identify the relevant requirement owner and area of interest, then connect an evaluation proposal to that customer’s purchasing route. [6][7][26]

Market procurement precedent

A buyer with an established ordering channel

The Army’s July 2026 CACI announcement records an IDIQ contract and an initial SkyValor task order for Domestic Shield. This market precedent identifies a real purchasing mechanism and an incumbent to assess for supplier opportunities. [8]

02 / Capital and procurement

A focused shortlist for growth.

Relevant capital, research partners and buying channels—with a practical next step for each.
